The social, youth and CAREER projects and initiatives of the Roscongress Foundation

Since 2020, the Roscongress Foundation has been developing and implementing its own socially oriented, career and youth projects, which form an ecosystem of promising initiatives to support young people and build an inclusive society. Their synergy creates a comfortable and constructive space of trust where everyone can express themselves, receive help and support, and find like-minded people.Our interests are focused on topics of importance to society: accessible education, social inclusion, career guidance and adaptation of young people, efficiency of search and employment of talented specialists.

Roscongress Foundation and Belarusian University Agree on Cooperation in Social and Career Spheres

The Roscongress Foundation and the Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I. P. Shamyakin (Republic of Belarus) signed a cooperation agreement in the sphere of the Foundation’s social and career projects. Joint activities will be aimed at supporting the region’s youth and developing their personal and professional skills. The partnership was initiated by RK-Commonwealth, a project to promote the Roscongress Foundation’s initiatives and develop cooperation in the social, educational, business, cultural and youth spheres in the Republic of Belarus and other CIS countries.

«COUNTRY'S HUMAN POTENTIAL»: one year since the launch of the space of opportunities for youth

A year ago, the Roscongress Foundation launched an aggregator of career opportunities for young specialists, «Country's Human Potential» and began accepting proposals from the first companies participating in the SPIEF. The initiative complemented the ecosystem of social, career, and youth projects of the Foundation aimed at developing the country’s human resources potential. The project «Country's Human Potential» is a space for career opportunities in leading Russian companies for specialists without work experience. Proposals from companies are collected in a chat bot on the project’s website and in a Telegram bot.

Projects of the ecosystem «COUNTRY'S HUMAN POTENTIAL  «School Friend» and «RK-Skills» at the social forum in Yekaterinburg

Curators of social projects of the Roscongress Foundation spoke at the International Forum and Exhibition «SOCIO» in Yekaterinburg - a platform for exchanging experience in the field of social and inclusive practices. The goal of the «SOCIO» forum is to improve the quality of life of the population of Russia and friendly countries by uniting organizations that implement social practices in their activities. Leaders of innovation in the field of social policy, healthcare, culture, sports and education, as well as initiators of the best practices of social services meet at one platform.

Roscongress Foundation at the Integration Exhibition and Forum – the main platform for inclusion and careers without barriers

From 8 to 10 April, the Roscongress Foundation took part in the All-Russian Forum of Rehabilitation Technologies in Moscow as part of the international exhibition Integration 2025, the main platform for inclusion, equal opportunities and careers without barriers. The key topics of the Forum were compliance with the principles of comprehensiveness and continuity in inclusive support for citizens during rehabilitation, education, employment and self-realization.
