ABOUT THE PROJECT


PROJECT MISSION

We provide search, placement, and onboarding services for new employees, and open up new employment prospects for people with disabilities and impairments.

OUR OBJECTIVES

  • Create conditions for the practical and psychological adaptation of persons with disabilities in the corporate environment.
  • Find more prestigious positions for able-bodied persons with disabilities. 

    • BY WORKING WITH OUR PROJECT, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO

  • Facilitate the prompt and efficient fulfilment of government quotas as mandated by law;
  • Access government support and forge partnerships with esteemed foundations and organizations dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities;
  • Fulfil a wide range of positions within a company;
  •  Assist the HR department in addressing the specific challenges associated with hiring staff with disabilities;
  • Get successful employment cases. 

    • PACKAGES FOR EMPLOYERS:

  •  8 trainings on the adaptation of the employer's staff to working with disabled citizens for a group of no more than 20 people;
  • Selection and adaptation of 1 candidate for employment among citizens with disabilities;
  • Organization of employment support for new disabled candidates within 1 month;
  • Services to assess and adapt employer information resources to the needs of citizens with disabilities.
