Through the career project, young people and aspiring professionals in the regions will be able to immerse themselves in the work processes of large companies, learn about industry developments in their region, and chart a career trajectory for the future.

The project aims to develop regional HR projects and initiatives, to expand local employment opportunities, and to create a pool of young professionals to address staff shortages in the regions.

The project plans to create and promote a single platform for interaction between businesses, career and educational projects, educational institutions of all levels, youth, and volunteer movements. The project is powered by the KLUCH.PRO platform.
